Staudt Chronometrie works every day to secure its place in the Dutch watch market. We do this by supplying and motivating renowned jewellers, and recently also through our own boutique in Ootmarsum. We mainly reach customers online; we sell our products offline - preferably custom-made. Would you like to contribute to our mission?

About Staudt Chronometry

Staudt Chronometrie is a small-scale, Dutch watch brand that combines craftsmanship, personal attention and understated luxury. From our farm in the centre of Ootmarsum, we develop, produce and market exclusive mechanical watches - through international outlets as well as our own boutique. You will work in a small team, working closely with the owner.

What will you do?

As an inside sales representative, you are the communicative and organisational heart of Staudt. You will support the owner operationally and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from order management to customer contact, and from logistics to marketing support.

Your duties will include:

  • Order management & logistics: Coordinate shipments, manage stock, process warranty and service orders.

  • Customer contact: Answering phones, emails and chats; receiving customers in the boutique and supporting sales.

  • Marketing & events: supporting social media, webshop management, supplying marketing materials to jewellers, and assisting at trade shows and events.

  • Project support: in all kinds of areas within the company.

What do you bring?

  • You are someone who has found peace and stability in life and is looking for long-term collaboration. You are inquisitive, structured, communicatively strong and emotionally mature. You understand what 'understated luxury' means.

    Furthermore, you bring:

    • HBO+ working and thinking level.

    • Experience with order management (Exact Online is a plus).

    • Affinity with luxury goods, retail or jewellery industry (preferred).

    • Experience in project-based working (pre: Asana).

    • Good command of the Dutch language, English at level, German is a plus.
