Every four years, in the hands of a watchmaker.
We recommend giving your watch a full service every four years. The movement is disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned and lubricated with fresh oils. Scratches are polished out and the seals are renewed.
For water resistance, we recommend an annual check at an authorised jeweller or in our own atelier in Ootmarsum.

Warranty
Two years as standard. Four years with my.Staudt.
Watches purchased from an authorised retailer come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase as standard. During this period, we repair any defects caused by manufacturing faults free of charge, upon presentation of the warranty certificate.
If you register your watch in my.Staudt, the warranty period automatically doubles to four years. This applies to watches purchased from 1 September 2024 onwards.
Good to know
The warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, impact, improper use or normal wear. For repairs outside the warranty period, we are happy to prepare a no-obligation estimate.

Double your warranty.
Register your Staudt watch within 30 days of purchase and double your warranty period from two to four years. At the same time, you become part of the my.Staudt community and receive selected benefits.
