These terms apply to the use of staudtchronometrie.com and all digital forms offered through this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Our watches are not sold directly through this website. Sales take place through our own boutique in Ootmarsum or through one of our authorised retailers. The website has an informative and supporting function.

Prices, availability and specifications on the website are indicative. Binding agreements only come into effect after a personal conversation in the boutique or at a retailer, and with a purchase agreement signed by both parties.

Requesting a catalogue or scheduling an appointment in the boutique is without obligation. It does not create a purchase obligation. We aim to send the catalogue within ten working days, but this is not a fixed delivery term.

The my.Staudt programme is intended for owners of a Staudt watch. By registering your watch, you extend the warranty from two to four years and receive access to service and event benefits.

Registration is only valid when the watch was originally purchased through Staudt or an authorised retailer. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a registration if there is doubt about origin or in case of misuse.

The full warranty terms are listed on the service page and in the passport you receive with your watch.

All text, photos, videos, designs, logos and other content on this website are owned by Staudt Chronometrie or its licensors. You may view this content for personal, non-commercial use. Reuse, copying, publication or editing is not permitted without prior written permission.
